Refunds: Professional work already completed is generally non-refundable. Government and third-party fees follow the relevant provider’s rules. A written quotation and refund terms should be reviewed before payment.

Can you guarantee approval?
No. We cannot guarantee approval, processing time, appointment availability, number of entries or visa validity. These decisions belong solely to the relevant authority.
Do I have to use a private agency?
No. Applicants may apply directly through the official embassy, consulate or authorized visa-centre process. Our service is optional and is intended for applicants who want administrative assistance.
Can you provide an earlier appointment?
We can guide you through lawful appointment channels and help check availability. We do not claim exclusive access and cannot control or guarantee appointment slots.
Will you use false reservations or documents?
No. Applicants must provide accurate information and genuine documents. We do not support misrepresentation, altered documents or false statements.
